I’ve been blessed to have many beautiful and transformative travel experiences. My first trip to the Caribbean was where my love of travel transformed until a real wanderlust. I was 20 and on my first trip outside of the US. We were exploring the island of St Maarten by jeep when we came to the top of Orient Bay. The pastel roof tops with the bluest water I had ever seen crashing in the background took my breath away. Once I was laying in the cool, white sand taking in my first clothing optional beach experience, I realized how sheltered I was growing up in rural Maine, and how much more of the world I had to discover. The memories of that day still gives me butterflies!

Travel is more then just a vacation or a hobby for me. It’s a passion. Seeing a new country and culture pushes me to learn and grow in ways I never could without the experience. Every time I return home from a new destination I come back rejuvenated and with renewed appreciation for my home and my family. There is nothing more thrilling for me then touching down in a place where new people and adventure await. Whether it’s been doing mission work in Kenya, or a yoga retreat in Thailand, all of my travel experiences are lifetime memories that have shaped who I am today.
